Leff’s Lucky Town Delivery Policy

• Most event tickets sold on Leffs.com are not shipped to the purchaser. Tickets are typically available at event registration on the day of the event. Purchaser must bring valid identification to pick up the tickets.
• Products sent via Standard delivery typically ship within 1-3 business days. Express shipments are sent within 24 hours of receipt if ordered before 8 AM EST. We will notify you if a product will take longer to ship and items will not be charged to your account until shipped.
• Approximate Shipping Schedules: Standard 4-7 business days for domestic U.S. shipments, and 2-3 weeks for all other destinations. Express shipments are delivered within 3 business days for U.S. Shipments and 5-10 business days for all other destinations.
• We cannot send items from the same order to different locations.
• Shipping charge will be added to all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and other International destinations.
• We do ship to U.S. territories, and to APO and FPO addresses with USPS.
• We use either DHL or USPS.
• Leff’s Lucky Town will select the best method of shipping based on your location and the size of your package.
• If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, he/she will be responsible for the cost of shipment, and pay for it.
